Hopefully, this will become a place for the busy, stressed mom (or dad) to come and get a moment with other people who understand how difficult it is to work full time, deal with kids (especially those special pre-teens and teens), and work on a healthy . . .

Hopefully, this will become a place for the busy, stressed mom (or dad) to come and get a moment with other people who understand how difficult it is to work full time, deal with kids (especially those special pre-teens and teens), and work on a healthy love life, all while trying to pay the bills, stay happy and find five minutes for ourselves. This is the place to share your pride that your child nailed the SAT, vent because your eighth grader is not doing homework, complain about the gumpy neighbor, cry because you feel overwhelmed, wonder why your husband and you never have time to renew your sex life (it of course has nothing to do with the fact that you are snoring before he finishes brushing your teeth), worry about the bills or share your son's silly jokes. It is simply a place to realize that you are not alone and there are others going through this with you.
